07.30am : Morning Greeting
Each school day, at 7h30, students and parents are greeted by teachers and staff in the lobby. We feel it is valuable to start every day by reinforcing the importance of greeting one another in a courteous manner, by shaking hands, making eye contact, giving a smile and exchanging pleasantries.
07.35 : Arrival At School
Students need to be ready to start the school day at 7h45. This implies that they need to arrive at school at the latest around 7h35 in order to give them the time to greet the teachers/principal in the lobby, take the elevator, go to their class, greet their friends and teachers, take out their stationery, books, etc from their bags and store their bags in their locker.
07.45 : Homeroom Time/Brain Gym Kindergarten starts at 8.15am
Students need to be ready to start the school day at 7h45. This implies that they need to arrive at school at the latest around 7h35 in order to give them the time to greet the teachers/principal in the lobby, take the elevator, go to their class, greet their friends and teachers, take out their stationery, books, etc from their bags and store their bags in their locker.

Brain Gym is a series of physical activities organized by the PE-teachers at the Gym on Level 11. These activities usually require the students to think and cooperate in meaningful ways. Hence they are an ideal way to wake up, feel energized and be ready to start the school day.

Homeroom Time is the time in which the following tasks can be done:
- Handing in homework
- Individual instruction to students who were absent earlier
- Gathering consent forms
- Handing out corrected school work
- Motivational conversations with individual students to help them overcome a challenge in their life
- ...
In other words, this is the time to do administrative tasks and remove all the qualms that the students might have that would otherwise interrupt the normal flow of their school day.
