Student Duty Roster Procedures

 

 

Morning Greeting

1. Duty is from 7:30 a.m. - 7:50 a.m.

2. Greet all students with a smile, eye-contact, and simple greeting - i.e. “Good Morning, how are you? Have a nice day.”

 

Library Duty

1. Duty is from 12:45 -  1:05

2. Monitor students: remind students of acceptable library behavior i.e. indoor voices, reading no running, taking turns on computers, board games.

3. At the end, make sure students tidy up after themselves

4. Assist the teachers on duty

5. Keep SLHT sash on during duty

 

Playtime Duty

1. Duty is from 12:45 - 1:05

2. Monitor students: remind students to play appropriately i.e. no screaming, no fighting, no pushing, pulling etc.

3. At the end, put resources away in the correct place

4. Assist the teachers on duty

5. Keep SLHT sash on during duty
